The shortcut that finally fixed my dimensioning headaches in AutoCAD

I spent 4 years fighting with dimension styles that never looked right across different scales. Tried using annotative scaling about 3 months ago on a job for a retail store in Portland and it actually made everything consistent. But I still see guys online claiming annotative is unreliable compared to manual scaling. Anyone here switch over and stick with it or go back to the old way?

Why do people resist tools that actually save time, like dishwashers or autocorrect?

Probably because some people get weirdly proud of doing things the hard way. Like my uncle still hand-washes everything and brags about how he's "not lazy." Meanwhile autocorrect has saved me from texting my boss something unhinged more times than I can count.

@the_wyatt autocorrect has saved me from looking like an idiot at least 50 times a shift.
