Is reporting a colleague's constant drafting errors the right move, or does it just cause drama?

Actually, letting constant errors slide hurts the whole team. Speaking up is part of being professional, not causing drama.

You ever try talking to them directly first? I had a guy on my team who kept making the same small mistake, so I just pointed it out casually while we were reviewing something together. It fixed the problem without making it a whole big thing for the managers.

Watched a friend stress for weeks because her teammate kept sending clients wrong numbers. She tried the direct chat like @the_elliot said, even helped set up a better check system. The mistakes just kept coming, more careless each time. She finally had to tell their boss because it was starting to hurt real projects. Sure, it was awkward for a bit, but the guy got proper training he needed. Letting it go would have been worse for everyone.
