Tried drawing with my non-dominant hand on a sticky note this week
I was bored in a meeting at the office on Tuesday and only had a yellow sticky note and a ballpoint pen. So I thought hey why not try drawing a coffee cup with my left hand since I'm right handed. The thing came out crooked and wobbly but it actually looked kind of cool like a messy art style. Has anyone else messed around with doing doodles with their opposite hand and gotten a neat unexpected look?

It's like your brain finally shuts up about trying to be perfect when you switch hands. That messy crooked look is way more interesting than what you'd normally force out.

Honestly, is it really that interesting or are we just romanticizing bad art now? I tried the whole non-dominant hand thing once and ended up with a lumpy mess that looked like a drunk kindergartner drew it. The crooked wobble just looked like a mistake, not some cool artsy style. I'd rather just put in the practice to make my actual hand better than pretend my sloppy doodles are deep or something.
