My mom's comment on my sheet pan chicken changed my whole weeknight plan
Ngl, she said 'why does everything taste like garlic powder?' and I realized I was using it as a crutch for 4 out of 7 dinners. Swapped to fresh herbs and a quick marinade on Sunday, now Tuesday's meal takes 20 extra minutes but actually has flavor, anyone else get roasted by a parent's cooking critique?
