Deleted my Facebook app for 30 days and now I don't want it back

I saw my screen time drop from 4 hours a day to about 20 minutes just by taking Facebook off my phone. After the first week I realized I wasn't missing anything important, just endless scrolling of stuff I didn't care about. Has anyone else found that deleting one app made a bigger difference than you expected?

Honestly yeah, deleting Facebook off my phone was the best thing I did for my attention span. I was checking it every time I had a spare minute without even thinking about it. After a week or two I found myself actually reading books and stuff again instead of just scrolling. The real kicker was when I reinstalled it after a month to check something and immediately felt that urge to scroll for no reason. I lasted maybe two days before deleting it again. Now I just check it on my laptop once a week to see if anyone invited me to anything. Saves a lot of mental energy honestly.

Did you read that study about how apps are designed to hijack your attention, @dakota_patel98?
