Chose a cheap lift pump over the name brand, now I'm eating the labor cost again
Back in March I figured a $120 pump would do the same job as the $340 one on my F-350, and it held up for about 4 months before it started starving the injection pump. Now I'm pulling the tank again this Saturday and I swear this time it's the real deal... has anyone else learned this lesson the hard way or am I just the slow kid in class?

Read this exact story on a diesel forum a while back, guy swore he'd never cheap out again after two blown pumps in a row. Sucks though, pulling the tank twice in one year is brutal labor for a $220 difference lol.
