Took his advice on a 12k sq ft block at 2 Riverfront back in March, handed over my deposit, and the building's still 40% dark while the landlord keeps dodging my calls, anyone else get burned by the midtown hype crew?

Did the broker ever show you actual lease comps from the building or was it all just talk about the area's "potential"?
