Had to choose between a Corktown spot and a place in Eastern Market for my cleaning business office, went with Eastern Market and it's been a good call.

Yeah, the parking alone makes it worth it. You get clients coming by without them having to circle the block for twenty minutes. That kind of stuff really matters day to day.

Smart move. Corktown is cool but it feels like it's getting a little crowded, you know? Eastern Market has that mix of regular foot traffic from the market days but also feels more like a real neighborhood. Plus, you're right by all the suppliers if you ever need anything, and parking is way less of a headache over there. Seems like a more solid spot for actually running a business.
