Paid full price for a new vacuum, then found it half off the next week
I needed a new vacuum and bought a Shark model for $250 at Target last Thursday. Two days later, I saw the exact same vacuum on the Walmart website for $125 as a weekend flash deal. I checked the return policy, but I had already opened the box and used it, so I was stuck. That's $125 I could have saved just by waiting a few days. Has anyone else had this happen with a big purchase right before a sale?

Ugh, that exact thing happened to me with a coffee maker! Bought a nice one for $80, and it was part of a Black Friday bundle for $40 like three days later. I felt so silly for not just waiting, but you never know when those sales will hit.

Check the return policy again, I mean, you used it but sometimes they'll still take it back if it's within a week or two. That price drop is brutal though, going from $250 to $125 in two days feels like a trap.
