I was sure my neighbor's tip about a 10 minute morning stretch was pointless.

He said it fixed his back pain from roofing, so I tried it for a week after my own long day on a job in Everett. My shoulders actually feel looser and I'm not as stiff getting out of the truck. Anyone have other quick fixes that actually work?

Tape two together with packing tape, makes a little peanut shape that doesn't roll. Works great for a tight shoulder blade. You can also cut a small slit in one and stuff it inside another for a denser ball. Just chuck it in a sock if the tape feels weird.
