Just realized I defended my gym's broken air dryer for 4 months because I hate the paper towel crowd
Everyone at my gym in Sacramento complains about the hand dryers and begs for paper towels, but I've been quietly defending those dryers since January. Last week the one by the squat racks finally died completely, so I had to use the paper towels for the first time in months, and you know what? They worked fine and took 8 seconds. I felt like a fool for standing in line behind a broken machine blowing hot air on my hands for 45 seconds every single visit. Why do we act like paper towels are some huge waste when the dryer didn't even dry anything? Curious if anyone else has stuck up for something that was clearly failing just because the other option annoyed them.
