My cat just hit 100 successful door handle jiggles

I started counting after the third time she opened the bathroom door last month. She's a little calico named Mochi, and she's figured out that if she hangs from the lever with her front paws, her weight pulls it down. Today was number 100, and she used it to let herself into the pantry where her treats are. I'm honestly impressed but also a little scared of her problem-solving skills. Has anyone else's pet learned a trick that got a little too effective?

Wait, is a lever handle really a door handle jiggle? I always thought jiggling was for those round knobs you have to turn. With a lever, she's just doing a very smart cat pull-up, right? Still, a hundred times is wild, my old tabby learned how to open the cabinet with the food bin and we had to get child locks.

The pull-up is the real move. My cat figured out lever handles by just hanging his whole weight on them. Child locks are a good start, but the heavy-duty magnetic ones for tool cabinets are the only thing that finally worked. He just sees the plastic ones as a fun new puzzle to solve.

Mochi doing pull-ups is next level... my old cat learned to open the sliding closet door by hooking his paw under it. We had to start keeping a heavy box in front of it as a block. Once they figure out the physics, there's no going back.
