Question about password managers after my email got hacked twice in 3 months
So my email got broken into twice since March and I finally figured out why. I was using the same password for like 8 different sites, and one of them was a random shopping site that got breached back in January. A guy at my work in Austin told me to try a password manager, so I set one up about 6 weeks ago with a long passphrase I can actually remember and let it make up all the other ones. The weird part is the first few days felt like a hassle, but now it grabs my logins on my phone without me typing anything. I also turned on 2 factor for my email and bank, which took maybe 10 minutes total. Has anyone here had a breach happen again after switching to a manager, or is that mostly solved once you stop reusing passwords?
