Overheard a customer bragging about 'training' our new hire and it hit me different
The guy at register 4 was telling his buddy how he got our newest cashier to give him a 20% discount by saying the price tag was wrong and then winking at me like we were partners in crime, and I realized these people study our weaknesses harder than we study our own rulebook, has anyone else seen customers share tips with each other right in the store line?
