Hot take: the loud ones are never the ones who complain to corporate
I work nights at a hospital in Columbus and the patients who scream at me over a warm blanket are the same ones who leave a 5 star survey, while the quiet polite ones are the ones who call the patient line about a 40 minute wait. Did 3 years of nights before I figured out that silence usually means a complaint is already written down somewhere. Anyone else notice the calm ones are way more dangerous?
