Had to choose between refunding a scammer or calling security, picked wrong
After 45 minutes of this guy claiming his $300 return was never processed even though I literally watched the refund go through on the register, I chose to call my manager instead of just hitting the void button myself, and now the guy is banned from the store while I'm stuck writing a 2-page incident report for something that should've taken 30 seconds.

Skip the report, void the refund next time. Paperwork isn't worth your pride.
