Spent $300 on a fancy salon chair and it pinches my back every day

I bought this high end hydraulic chair off a distributor catalog thinking it would be a game changer for my station. Thought the extra lumbar padding would save me after 8 hour shifts. Turns out the padding is too firm and the seat angle has me leaning forward all day. My chiropractor bills are adding up faster than what I saved on the chair. Anyone else had luck with a specific chair that actually works for long standing and sitting combos?

Oh yeah, a pinched back is rough! I had one a few years ago and couldn't turn my head for three days.
