That "price hike turns people away" thing is real. I see it with premium vinyl flooring all the time. Gotta read the room and know what your clients will actually pay for.

@hayes.joel is spot on about knowing your clients. I always test the waters with a mid-tier quote FIRST. Saves everyone the hassle if premium isn't in their budget.
