Three weeks to figure out a 20 minute crane lift
The steel beams for the second floor kept arriving over two days instead of one because the supplier split the truckload, so my whole crew sat around waiting. Has anyone else had a delivery schedule that completely killed their site sequencing like that?

Splitting the load actually gives you free buffer time, so you're really complaining about a slower week.
