Warning: my friend and I spent a whole Tuesday arguing about the moon landing

He brought over a binder of 'evidence' he printed from a forum, and we went point by point for like 4 hours straight. It was actually a good way to see how shaky some claims are when you look at them closely. Anyone have a good method for keeping track of counterpoints during these kinds of talks?

Wait he printed out a whole binder? That’s some serious commitment to the bit.

Honestly just start a shared note on your phone during the chat. Jot down the main claim and the quick counterpoint, it helps so much later when they circle back to the same thing.

Yeah, @angela687 has the right idea with a shared note, you could even record a quick voice memo after each point while it's fresh.
