Yeah, @cameronjenkins, I totally get that! I used to assume the same thing. But seeing how a friend's kitchen remodel went so wrong changed my view. The crew skipped checking for old pipes and ended up causing a huge leak. Now I see why that initial inspection step matters, even on smaller projects. It can save so much trouble later.
