Question about the guy at my cafe who claps when the espresso machine finishes
There is a guy at the cafe on 5th who slow claps every single time the espresso machine hisses and stops, like it just nailed a gymnastics routine. It happens maybe 8 times an hour and half the room laughs while the other half just stares into their laptops. I get that it is funny the first time, but he has been doing it since March and now other people have started joining in. Am I the only one who thinks this bit has run its course, or is this just what remote work coffee shops are now?
