I thought working from a coffee shop was all noise and no focus, then I tried the back room at Halcyon in Austin
Three years ago I swore I'd never get any real work done in a cafe, mostly because the one near my old place blasted smooth jazz and had wobbly tables. Last month a friend dragged me to Halcyon on 4th Street and I ended up finishing a whole project in their quiet back room with one $5 cold brew. Anyone got a spot with that same setup, good wifi and a corner nobody fights over?
