A barista at the shop on 5th made me rethink my whole setup after one small comment
I've been working from the same corner table at the coffee shop on 5th for about 6 months now (the one with the good outlets and the quiet back room), and I finally asked the barista why she always puts the regulars near the window instead of the back. She said the back room gets "dead air" by 2pm and people stop talking to each other, so she moves folks around to keep the room alive. It sounds so simple but it made me wonder if I've been picking my spot for the wrong reasons, so how do you all decide where to sit when you're working or hoping to chat with someone?
