The $40 hand grinder I laughed at, now I can't go back
I used to think my $15 blade grinder was fine, until a buddy let me try his hand crank model over a weekend camping trip. The uneven grounds were such a night and day difference that I ordered one Monday morning, it's a chore when I'm tired but the cup is clean and sweet. Anyone else get stuck between the ritual and the payoff?

Huh, I gotta say I'm on the other side of this one. I tried a friend's hand grinder once and honestly couldn't tell enough of a difference to justify the arm workout every morning. I'll stick with my electric one, the payoff just isn't worth the extra few minutes when I'm half asleep.
