I used a $20 blade grinder for a month, then switched to a basic hand grinder. The difference in my morning cup was huge.

Actually, sometimes the new version is just a side-grade with a fresh coat of paint. People get excited by marketing and forget the old model worked just fine. The change isn't always worth the extra cost or hassle.

Watch companies release the same phone every year with a slightly better camera. People line up like it's a miracle, but their old one still makes calls and takes pictures. It's the world's most expensive game of "spot the difference," lmao.
