Rain jacket vs. wool coat on a rooftop, picked wrong in Dayton
Had to choose between my breathable rain shell and my heavy wool barn coat for a 6 AM sweep job downtown Dayton. Picked the wool because it was 38 degrees, but the chimney was still steaming from the night before. Soaked through by the time I finished, froze on the drive home. Anyone else gamble on outerwear and regret it within an hour?
