Serious question, I was using the main chat room for everything until a mod moved my movie thread to the lounge yesterday.

I didn't realize the lounge was for casual topics, so I'd been posting all my random thoughts in the wrong place for months. How do you guys decide what goes where?

Honestly Seth's question is the real issue here... posting random thoughts for months means you probably need a separate notes app. I keep a document just for my late night ideas so they don't clutter up group chats. It saves everyone the trouble of sifting through stuff that's really just for you. Then you can share the actually good stuff later when it makes sense.
