Framing crew of 3 walked off my job in Bakersfield, and I still hit the deadline
Tuesday morning the lead guy texts me 'we're done' 20 minutes before start, so I called my brother and his nephew and we knocked out 84 studs and 6 headers by Thursday. Between that and the inspector showing up early twice this week, has anyone else had a crew quit on them and somehow the job went smoother without them?
Had the same thing happen to a buddy of mine last summer, his whole crew bailed and two retired guys from his church framed the whole garage in four days. Sometimes those guys were just dead weight holding up the schedule anyway.
