Comparing my old paper resume to the digital one changed my mind about job hunting
I spent 15 years handing out printed resumes at career fairs in Chicago, always got decent callbacks. Last month I made a clean digital version with a skills section and links to my portfolio, got three interviews in a week. The old paper felt personal but the digital one lets me show actual work, not just claims. Does anyone else find the shift to online applications harder to stand out in, or is it just me?

Same here, attaching real project links made way more difference than any fancy paper ever did.
