Plumbing disasters are the real MBA programs these days. Nothing teaches patience like yelling at a pipe while someone listens in. Hope he at least got a discount on the parts after that performance.

Man, this reminds me of when my dad tried to fix our gutter during a rainstorm while on hold with the insurance company.
