Vacuum sealed bags wrecked my car's interior for 4 months

I stored my winter tires in those space saver bags and threw them in the garage, but a mouse chewed through one and the plastic wrap fused to the rubber after a heat wave in Phoenix. Has anyone else dealt with vacuum bag damage that wasn't from moisture or rodents chewing the car itself?

Ugh YES, I had the SAME nightmare with my spare set in Texas. The heat basically turned the bag into sticky glue and my tires looked like they had melted plastic acne for months.
