The apartment complex on Route 9 zip tied every drop line to the same conduit, 40 units all sharing one ground block
Walked into a 120 unit building in Poughkeepsie Tuesday and found 40 tap drops on a single splitter with no ground on the far end, and I want to know if anyone else is seeing new builds cut corners like this or if it's just this one crew.

That "no ground on the far end" thing bit us on a job last year, we started photographing every splitter and ground block before we touched anything. Took the pics to the building owner and they made the crew come back and fix it.
