Counted 340 lbs of trim off one chuck roll and my yield sheet was off by 9 pounds
Weighed every scrap on our last Friday breakdown at the shop in Boise and the fat cap was way heavier than I'd guessed in my head. Anybody else keep a waste log, or am I just making extra work for myself?

Nine pounds off is normal on a chuck roll, so just log the fat cap weight separate from trim and your sheet will line up next time.
