Spilled coffee on my bullet journal and learned a quick fix

I left my bullet journal open on the table. My coffee cup tipped over and soaked two pages. All my notes and tasks were blurred and unreadable. I was so upset because I had important lists there. Then I tried dabbing the pages with a paper towel. It helped dry them out and saved most of the ink. Now I always keep drinks away from my journal.

Blotting with a paper towel is the best method. It soaks up the liquid fast so the ink does not run. I do the same thing with my notebooks.

Try a clean cloth instead. It soaks up ink without leaving lint. I mean, paper towels are fine, but idk, they can smudge sometimes.

Actually, coffee filters work great for this. They're super cheap and don't leave any fibers behind. I've found they absorb the ink way better than a paper towel without any smudging at all.
