I swore by a weekly spread for years, but my chaotic March proved a rolling daily log is way better for me.
After three weeks of missed tasks and feeling behind, I switched to a simple rolling daily list in my Leuchtturm and finally caught up on everything from vet appointments to a project deadline.

Yeah, my friend was the same way with her fancy planner. She had all these color-coded weekly blocks, but her work in events got so nuts last fall. She told me she was constantly moving sticky notes around and felt like she was failing. Switched to just writing the next day's three big things on a notepad each night, and she said it was like a weight lifted. She stopped worrying about the empty boxes from two days ago. Sometimes the simple list just works when life gets messy.

Oh man, I was totally a color-coded planner person too. But hearing that, it makes so much sense. The simple list really does work better when things get crazy.

My cousin’s color-coded system collapsed when her twins were born, right?
