My trowel snapped in half at 10am on a Tuesday and somehow the rest of the day was perfect

I was laying brick on a retaining wall for a backyard in Oak Park when the handle of my Marshalltown broke clean off, and then somehow every single brick after that just fell into place without a single adjustment, has anyone else had a day where a disaster turned into a dream?
