The $8 soup thermos that made me stop microwaving at work
My coworker in accounting finally said it after 4 months of me nuking leftover pasta at noon. She goes, "you know the break room smells like your lunch for 3 hours, right?" I was embarrassed at first, then mad, then I realized she was right. I bought a cheap thermos from Target for 8 bucks and now I pack soup or chili hot in the morning and it's still warm at lunch. No more microwave line, no more stink cloud. Has anyone else gotten a polite shove to change a work habit that you were too stubborn to see?
