That 20 minute meeting that ate my whole lunch hour

Yesterday my principal scheduled a 'quick check in' at 12:50 right as I sat down with my sandwich. It ran until 1:35 and then I had to prep for 4th period. I ended up eating granola bars at my desk while grading pop quizzes. Does anyone else have coworkers who treat the lunch break like it's optional real estate?
