Ate 50 different hot sauces in 2024 and only 3 made me sweat

I kept a silly list on my fridge all year of every new hot sauce I tried, and last week I finally hit number 50. It started as a joke after a buddy bet me $20 I couldn't get past 20, but somewhere around bottle 30 it turned into a real thing. The weird part is how few actually had any heat, maybe 3 out of 50 got me reaching for milk. Most were just vinegar with a fancy label and a cartoon pepper on the front. The one that broke me was a smoked ghost pepper sauce from a little shop in Austin that a guy at work mailed me. I could taste it for 20 minutes and my ears got hot, which has never happened with sauce before. So now I don't trust any label that says "extreme" unless someone I know has already cried over it. What's the one sauce that actually got you, not just made your nose run?
