Finally switched from paperbacks to a Kindle after years of arguing

I used to swear by real books, thought e-readers were soulless. Then my book club in Austin debated Dune and I had to lug that 800-page monster on the bus for two weeks. Tried my friend's Kindle Paperwhite last month and read three books in one week just because the backlight made it easier to read at night. Has anyone else made the switch and actually preferred it for their club reads?

Bruh same here. I was the biggest paperback snob until I tried reading The Stand on my phone during a road trip. Now I'm on my third book this month just cause I can read one handed while eating chips.

Eating chips while reading? @the_anthony would call me an animal. Guilty as charged.

Chips and books, a classic combination for disaster.
