Changed my mind on letting the loudest guy in our club pick the next read
For two years I figured the guy who talks over everyone at book club was just a blowhard, but after he pushed us into a 1979 novel set in Detroit I actually finished it in 4 days and couldn't wait to argue about the ending. Has your club ever had the most annoying member turn out to have the best taste?
