Had a weirdly quiet Tuesday at the shop in Burlington.
Not a single customer came in, but I got to finish three custom orders that had been sitting for a while. Has anyone else had a dead day turn into a big catch-up win?

Cleared my backlog on a slow day too.

Huh, I see it the other way. Slow days are for the deep cleaning and organizing you never get to during the busy rush. That's when I finally scrub the shop floor drains or sort through a decade of old parts catalogs. Knocking out the actual repair work feels better when things are hopping, you know? Momentum just helps.

Ever try to organize during a rush? I'd end up with a "clean" pile that's just junk shoved in a cabinet. Does your system actually hold up when three jobs roll in at once, or does it all go back to chaos by Friday?
