TIL the $2 gas station hot dog beats the $9 one at the ballpark
Tried both back to back at a Staten Island Yankees game last month and the cheap one actually had better snap and way more mustard options. Has anyone else noticed stadium food getting worse while prices climb?
My buddy swears by the hot dogs at the Charlotte airport Bojangles and those things are like four bucks. He grabbed one before a flight and said the snap was perfect, way better than the sad eleven dollar dog he got at the Hornets arena last season. The bun at the game was cold too, like they just pulled it out of a fridge. He ended up tossing half of it and grabbing a pretzel instead. Dude still talks about that Bojangles dog like it changed his life.
