That $12 pickle juice soda mix I saw on here, total regret
Remember when someone posted about pickle juice in Sprite a few months back? I finally caved and bought a small jar of dill pickle juice for $2.50 plus the soda. Took one sip at my kitchen table last week and my mouth puckered for an hour, it was so salty and sweet it clashed bad. I guess I was nostalgic for weird soda combos from my teens, like the Dr Pepper with mustard thing I used to do. Has anyone else wasted cash on a combo from this board and felt burned, or am I the only one who should've stuck to plain Coke?

Haha "mouth puckered for an hour" got me good, that's exactly what that combo deserves. I tried the pickle juice and Sprite thing too after seeing it hyped here, and yeah, it was like drinking salty disappointment. Honestly though, the real crime is paying $12 for a pre-made mix when you could've just ruined a $2 soda at home like a normal person. I've learned my lesson with this board though, the weirder the combo sounds, the more likely it tastes like regret. Sticking to my boring root beer from now on, my taste buds can't handle these experiments anymore.
