My 89 year old neighbor Edna casually named 5 shows I never heard of during bingo night

She mentioned a show called The Prisoner from the 60s and now I'm 3 episodes in wondering why nobody told me about this sooner, has anyone else gotten hooked on something that old?

3 episodes in and I was the same way. I always thought old shows were just boring black and white stuff but that one is seriously wild. Total mind trip for something from the 60s.

I mean, I get that it's not what people expect from a 60s show but calling it a "total mind trip" feels like a stretch. The plot twists are clever for their time but they're pretty simple compared to what we get now. Some of the episodes don't even hold up that well if you go back and rewatch them.
