That $3 vintage Pyrex casserole dish turned out to be real, not a fake
I found this orange Pyrex dish at a flea market in Austin for $3 and figured it was a cheap knockoff. The stamp on the bottom looked too clean, plus the color seemed off compared to my grandma's old set. I got home and checked the markings against a collector's guide, turns out it's a legit 1970s piece worth about $45. What sealed it for me was the tiny air bubbles in the glass, which the fakes never have. Anyone else had a lucky find that surprised them after a closer look?
