Can we talk about how everyone says the early bird gets the deals at estate sales? I hit 40 sales in Phoenix and the 9am crowd got beat by the 1pm folks

Wait, you hit 40 sales in ONE day in Phoenix? How is that even possible with how spread out everything is out there, like you'd be driving from Mesa to Surprise to Scottsdale nonstop. Did you map them all out the night before or just wing it and follow the signs? That 1pm crowd thing is wild too, I always figured the good stuff was gone by 9:30.
