Shocked to find out bread flour has less protein than I thought

I was looking at the bag of King Arthur flour I've been using for months and decided to actually read the nutrition label. Turns out their all-purpose flour has 4 grams of protein per serving and the bread flour has only 4.5 grams. That tiny difference blew my mind since I always assumed bread flour was way higher. Has anyone else been fooled by the packaging or is it just me?

Check the protein per 100 grams instead of serving size, that tells the real story.

That King Arthur all purpose flour is 4 grams per serving and the bread flour is 4.5, that's barely anything. I checked my bag of Gold Medal bread flour once and it was almost the same story. I mean, @the_oscar is right that you gotta look at the numbers per 100 grams to get the real picture, but honestly, does anyone even notice a difference in their dough with just half a gram extra? I make pizza dough sometimes and I sure can't tell. Seems like a lot of fuss over nothing if you ask me.
