I had to choose between a stand mixer and my old hand mixer for a big batch of cookie dough
I needed to make 6 dozen cookies for a school thing last week and my hand mixer was struggling. The stand mixer was in the basement but I was feeling lazy. I went with the stand mixer and it took the whole job from 20 minutes of arm pain to about 5 minutes of just watching it go. The dough was way more even and my cookies baked perfectly. Has anyone else had a moment where switching tools made a huge difference?
